After the action-packed Enjoy Illinois 300, the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series has arrived at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California, for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on Sunday. The 110-lap event will be broadcast on Fox and PRN at 3:30 PM ET.
The sixteenth race of the 2023 NASCAR season will be contested on a 1.99-mile road course. A total of 36 drivers will compete in the Cup over 218.9 miles to secure an opportunity to drive at Victory Lane.
Motorsports journalist Bob Pocras shared the starting lineup for Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350 contest on his official Twitter account.
In the qualifying race on Saturday (June 10), Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin won his second pole of the season after setting a lap of 1:17.719 and a speed of 92.178 mph. It was the 38th pole of his career in the NASCAR Cup Series. Tyler Reddick, who drives for the 23XI Racing team owned by Hamlin and Michael Jordan, will share the front row with him after spinning 92.068 mph.
They will be followed by Michael McDowell, Christopher Bell and AJ Alminder in the top five. T Gibbs, Chris Buescher, Martin Truex Jr., Daniel Suarez (the defending winner of the event) and Chase Elliott completed the top ten.
Truck Series star Grant Enfinger, driving the No. 42 Legacy Motor Club Chevrolet to replace an injured Noah Gragson, qualified the 35th in the starting lineup Sunday.
