Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Chairman Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday slammed the Aam Aadmi party for what he termed ‘ill-conceived Mohalla clinics’ after the health ministry issued a warning to the Punjab government to cut its funding by about Rs 676.11 crore.

Blinded by the failed ‘Delhi model’, AAP Punjab deliberately weakened the rural health care system which is now on the verge of collapse, said the Congress leader.
