According to the police, one of the SOL students misbehaved with Nikhil’s girlfriend

A 19-year-old Delhi University student was allegedly stabbed to death outside Ariyapatta College in the national capital on Sunday.

The victim, Nikhil Chauhan, was a first year Bachelor of Political Science student at the School of Open Learning (SOL).

According to the police, one of the SOL students misbehaved with Nikhil’s girlfriend. Today around 12:30 PM, that student along with three of his classmates met Nikhil outside the college gate and stabbed him in the chest. Police added that he was pronounced dead at Charika Palika Hospital in Moti Bagh.

The accused has been identified and is being traced. The student’s body was impounded and sent for an autopsy.

Anoop Singh Lather of the University of Delhi said, “It is very unfortunate and sad that a young life was lost and this is also outside the college where students come to learn and do jobs. We are truly saddened by the loss of a precious life. May God bless his soul and give strength to Nikhil Chauhan’s family in this hour of grief.” In a tweet in Hindi, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “Sir LG, what are you doing? The law? The situation in Delhi has destroyed my country. Sir, what have you done to our Delhi?” Ended up in Delhi.

Everyone knows that Delhi Police is in the business of filing false cases against political parties. It involves saving the likes of (Indian Wrestling Federation President and BJP MP) Brij Bhushan (Charan Singh). What do the police do? “They will do whatever LG asks them to do,” Bharadwaj said. The Governor-General controls public order, territory, and the police in the national capital.

Earlier today, police said, two women were shot dead by attackers at RK Puram, southwest Delhi. They said within hours of the incident, the main accused and his accomplice were arrested.

Police said they received a call around 4.40am from the victims’ brother that his sisters had been shot in Ambedkar Basti. “Based on the information received, our police team arrived at the place where two women were found to have been shot and they were taken to SJ Hospital, where they died.” The deceased have been identified as Pinky, 30, and Jyoti, 29.

Initial investigations revealed that the attackers were after the victim’s brother and the motive for the incident appeared to be a financial dispute, DCP said. “The main accused and his partner have been arrested in connection with the incident,” the police official said, indicating that a case has been registered and the investigation is still underway.
