TikTok filed a federal lawsuit against the state of Montana in response to a recently passed state law that bans the popular video service in the state.

The lawsuit said TikTok rejects Montana’s claims that the Chinese government “has access to data about TikTok users, and that TikTok exposes minors to harmful content online.”
